For over 40 years I have counseled clients struggling in a wide variety of areas, including substance abuse and other addictions, difficulty in relationships and low self esteem, and helped them re-connect more deeply with others and themselves. I will focus on what makes you unique and help you use your strengths to thrive.

I also have extensive experience and advanced training in working with addictions of all types…wherever you are in the recovery process, I will support you in healing and getting your life back.

I have a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University at Lincoln Center and a Master’s degree from Hunter College, City University of NY, in Social Work.
