I offer a supportive approach which will help you gain personal insight and empower you to make healthy changes in your life. Using mind-body techniques such as guided imagery, breathing techniques, and biofeedback as well as many other types of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), my goal is to help your body heal from stress and become more vibrant and balanced.
